Session Fee -$95 covers Jami’s time, in person or phone consultation, and an in- person ordering session at Jami’s office.

Session fee is due with in 5 days of making appointment. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, “Images by Jami” reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. “Images by Jami” takes checks or credit cards through PayPal.

Images by Jami does travel out of state for sessions, please inquire by emailing jami@imagesbyjami.com

Gift Prints/Table Top Prints

bulk 4×5 prints of a single file -$1.50 each – minimum order of 100

Digital Collection -$250 (must buy $100 in prints to buy CD)
30-50 digiatl files from your session on a cd with print release to use on FB, blogs, scrapbooks, and for prints (sized up to 8×10)

Gallery Wrapped Canvas Includes the picture wrapped around the sides or custom artwork on the sides, you can view these beautiful pieces of art in your consultation. We also have canvas collections that give you a discount on canvases when bought in the collection.

Copyright Information: All images copyrighted by Images by Jami. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce Images by Jami work in any manner. Thank you for respecting Images by Jami’s work and livelihood by choosing not to reproduce her images. Digital images are for printing purposes and sharing on the web only, and are not for commercial use.

Under the Weather: If your child is feeling ill, please call to reschedule. Images by Jami understands that sometimes, this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 24 hours before your session. Your session fee can be transferred to a new date one time, if you need to reschedule a second time there will be an additional $50 sitting fee.

Re-Shoots: Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer; and are not given for regretful personal choices such as hair and clothing choices.

Retouching: Additional fees apply to any retouching above basic and minor revisions such as minor blemish removal or scar removal. A fee of $50 per hour for head swaps, removal of braces, removal of logos/words on shirts, etc.

Proofing: proofs will be available to view at your ordering session approximently 2-3 weeks after your session. Please bring anyone making ordering decisions to the ordering sessions. Proof books are not allowed to leave Jami’s office. Jami recomends that small children do not come to the ordering session. Collections and special pricing are only available at ordering sessions.

Prints: All print orders are final and full payment is due at the time the order is placed. Prints will be ready for pickup 4-6 weeks after ordering.

Reprints: All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for one week only. You are welcome to place a re-print order from the images you originally purchased. There is a $100 minimum on re-prints.

Usage: “Images by Jami” reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives and originals remain the property of “Images by Jami’.
